Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the One Club New Member Sign-Up Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this Prize Draw is One Club (“we”, “our”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Prize Draw n is open to RFU/England Rugby Clubs only.
2.2 To be eligible, entrants must:
Become a new One Club member between the opening date (or have become a member since the creation of the One Club) and the closing date stated below; and
Have placed their first order via a Regency supplier or brand owner before the closing date.
2.3 Employees, agents, or representatives of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be void.
3. Prize Draw Period
3.1 The Prize Draw opens on Tuesday 9 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 31 January 2026 (“Closing Date”).
3.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the prize draw.
3.3 Clubs who opened an account and started trading following the launch of One Club (before the Prize Draw opening date) will also be eligible.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Eligible clubs are automatically entered into the prize draw upon:
Signing up as a new One Club member during (or before) the Prize Draw Period; and
Placing their first order with a Regency supplier or brand owner during the Prize Draw Period.
4.2 No purchase beyond the qualifying first order is necessary to enter.
4.3 Only one entry per eligible club will be counted.
5. Prizes
The following prizes are available to be won:
4 × Six Nations Tickets for England vs Ireland on 21 February 2026 at Twickenham
1 × Signed Leicester Tigers Shirt
1 × Pie Oven, 1 x Point of Sale Kit and 4 x Cases of Pies
Silver Six Nations Point-of-Sale Kits (up to 50 kits available - one per club)
5.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.2 The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Closing Date.
6.2 The draw will take place no later than Friday 6 February 2026.
7. Notification of Winners
7.1 Winners will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided on their One Club membership account.
7.2 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 Physical prizes will be delivered to the winning club’s registered address or arranged for collection, as appropriate.
8.2 The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged prizes once dispatched.
9. Publicity
9.1 The promoter may request permission to use the winning clubs’ names and club details for promotional purposes.
No club is required to agree to publicity to claim a prize.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. General
11.1 The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
11.2 The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
